THE TEAM & PHILOSOPHY
Greensleeves Residential Care Home is run by an experienced team, the Registered Manager of Greensleeves has been in place for over 14 years.
They are supported by an experienced Deputy, plus a team of long-standing, friendly and dedicated carers and support staff. The team always seeks to maintain a welcoming and homely atmosphere for our residents. All our staff are of long-term service. The home prides itself on continuity of care and does not employ agency staff:
We aim to provide each resident with the highest standard of care within a secure, relaxed and homely environment. We believe strongly that the residents’ health, social wellbeing, comfort and quality of life are of prime importance.
We do so by providing an individualised, person-centred care programme in meeting the residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, psychological and spiritual needs. We encourage the involvement of the residents, their families and friends wherever appropriate in the resident's care planning process.

Our care staff will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all the residents within a warm, happy and caring atmosphere.

The manager continuously seeks to establish a supportive and bonding relationship between the residents, their families and friends and members of staff, and to promote great community spirit within the home.
